I really need to start taking photos again. I miss it.
I love how anachronistic this photo is. The mother and daughter are gorgeous, then there is a big neon sign above indicating Colored Only. Makes you wonder what the other signs on the street say. On one hand, we pine for the past, where people dressed like this on random Tuesdays and had manners. But the sign reminds us - maybe what we´ve lost is ok given what we´ve gained?Photo by Gordon Parks
